$14 Billion Dollars Estate, And...

A $14 Billion dollar estate, and they wouldn't give her a single penny??! Man that is tough. They didn't give a damn about her at all! I guess the son(heard he's dead now) wasn't kidding when he said she was getting a thing. The old man should have set her up financially at the time of the marriage. But since he didn't and he knew he was sickly, maybe he didn't intend for her to inherit anything.

The daughter still hasn't gotten anything, so the family in houston must have some bad ass attorneys. And, what in the world do you do to earn $14billion dollars in assets, go into oil business with the Saudis or something? That's crazy unbelievable money.

I would prevent a golddigger from getting money also. His father was 89 and Anna Nicole was 26 when they married. You think she married because she was in love? She was waiting for him to die for her payday. He of course made his money from the evil Koch Industries.

does it matter why they married? of course it wasnt for love, on her part. for him it was companionship, for her, Anna being with Marshall guaranteed being taken care of. they both got what they wanted from ea other. it might not be the way you and I do marriage - but it was for THEM.

just because she wasnt IN LOVE with him doesn't mean she shouldnt get what was promised to her. They legally married and the son purposely thwarted the old mans plans to give Anna money, he asked him to sign those papers saying Anna doesnt get a dime when he knew his 89 year old father could not read those documents. thats sketchy. The old man MARRIED Anna and obsessed about her so his wishes were obvious BY HIS ACTIONS. The old man promised to take care of her and Daniel for the rest of their lives. So they should of honored that. instead the son, Anna and Daniel DIED before it was figured out and anyone got any money.

Im surprised they didnt just offer her a lesser amont and they all move on and put it past them because look... the stress of them fighting for THE WHOLE ESTATE drove them all into the ground, unhappily. The old mans son died in the fight for Anna not to get the money and Anna died too. Anna and the old mans son should of just settled on like 20 million. In the grand scheme of things what is 20 million to that family that has 1.6 BILLION dollars? I would understand the son putting up a fight if his dad died and his gold digging GF he never heard of was trying to get all his money.... but Anna was his WIFE until he died. the old mans son KNEW his dad loved anna. thats not the sons business.

$20 million might be big to a family that only has $10 million in easily liquid assets, otherwise taking the rest out of the banks and investments can cause penalties and fees. They're sneaky and speculative

Atheist, I really find these statements asinine. Sure she may have been a gold digger, but he asked her to marry him (many times). Do you think he married for her heart of gold? They both wanted and needed something the other was able to provide, that apparently no one else in their lives would or could. So many marriages are nothing more than veiled arrangements, even if there is little to no age difference. Many seem quick to point fingers, particularly at women. Strong double standards. You sound like a judgmental Christian hypocrite *gasp*.

He was old as hell. I think the son brings up legit points. He could have been easily manipulated since his mental capabilities were deteriorating. I would be angry if someone took advantage of my family also.
