Powerful episodes

I enjoyed the whole web series and tv series entirely. Some episodes were surprisingly very emotionally rich (while others were funny, or quirky, or more down-to-earth in their own right - but this post gives focus to the more profoundly meaningful or poignant ones).
Episodes that really resonated w me on a deep emotional level:

Ruth
This was one of the sweetest little slices of life I've ever seen - i'm brinming w emotion just thinking about it as I write this. That moment with Ellen smiling and asking "do you have a pair of binoculars" over Clair de Lune is such a perfect capitulation of the overwhelming sweetness of their connection.

Genghis
You gotta feel for Bradley in this one, just as you do for any disappointed idealist. Watching his story was watching an innocent being destroyed. Sure, he was a bit naive - but it's pretty frustrating to watch anyone have to be put in a position where the overarching vibe is "we don't accept you as a person". And a brave take by the writers - i'd be inclined to say "*beep* 'em" too if i were treated that way, even if i'd gone in knowing all the sociopolitical contributions to their behaviour / attitude.

Grandpa
Of course this one was gonna be on the list. An animal protagonist that wasn't overly personified was very refreshing. These were genuine dog emotions, and dog decisions. Brought to the surface that the language of emotions is not exclusively human - animals can feel, understand, and express many of the same things we can. We kind of already know this, but at the same time it can be easy to underestimate this ability in animals.

Patrick the Agoraphobic
Not much specific to say here, but his story in Helen and later in Ex was very realistically portayed, and was touching to watch it unfold.

Any others that you think belong (or not) on this list?
