The Kids Were Phenomenal

The kids already had a sense of self. The girl because of the woman who cared about her and the boys because they had each other. I loved them cussing the dad and complaining about their name changes. They had more commonsense and intelligence than the entire American family. It made me feel better about their situation and that they would be okay despite the family, not because of them. And Cami, grow the hell up. It ain't all about you any more.
