Casting

So Nise Davies in this promo: http://www.cbn.com/tv/3857096987001 states that God gave her the perfect cast. Ben Davies, who was cast as the lead, is also her son...

Can we get a Christian film that doesn't cast family members and friends please? Just one?

Well at least David A.R. White's movies are improving! (except maybe for the last sequel to Revelation Road (#3, the Black Rider) but show me a great #3 sequel and I'll be watching Star Trek, :).
I finally finished watching the movie (hmmm, I never really 'watch' movies on Netflix, I just glance over to the screen once in a while, but I do LISTEN to them). Someone commented somewhere else about the acting ability of Ben Davies, and much as I don't wish to smear the guy, he couldn't act his way out of a wet paper sack. If he wants a REAL career in movies, he's gonna HAVE to learn how to ACT, cause he sure doesn't know how to NOW, certainly not in THIS movie. AND he's not good looking enough to slide by on that.

Life is a journey not a destination. Fear nothing.

David and Andrea White would have been perfect for this movie. David would have been saved half-way through and spent the rest of the movie kicking butt. They would have had to modify the female lead so that Andrea could do some serious head breaking, but she'd have been perfect. I think their movies have gotten a lot better since they no longer have to play husband and wife all the time.

Although, in this one, they could have ridden off into the sunset on a Harley or something.
