Over all the Billy character seemed way over the top, no explanation on motive why he hates the lead character.
Bryan was good.

She did a good job whoever she is, the film wasn't that great but job well done on her part.

Billy and Chloe MUST of had a relationship in the past and it either went sour or he facked around on her or she did on him or she just left him to marry someone else.
When we first see them together he tries kissing her on the lips but she kisses his forehead..
Billies wife knew who Chloe was and reallllly didn't want her at their house, both times. lol Why would that be? Either because Billy messed around a lot or because they had a relationship before.
Whatever had actually happened he seemed to have felt wronged by her and led a life of low level crime and got in way over his head so he got mad at the person who, he thought, ruined it all for him.
He seemed to start actually hating her when she attempted to blackmail him for the white Jeep; when he pushed her down the steps at his house. Also, following him while he was doing illegal sh!t in a cop car seemed to have pissed him off further.. lol
