Heisenberg aka Topo The Blind Polak

Hell I got a kick out of this flick just from that perspective, his appearance was very, very close to as it was at the end of Breaking Bad and it was impossible to see him as anything but Heisenberg regardless of the dodgy Polish accent, an accent dodgy enough to actually fit as a Heisenberg cover, it would have been great if Topo had a recurring cough throughout the flick too, a definite miss there. I know, I know different film altogether, but I like to see it as a screwy homage.

I think many have voted for this that haven't seen it yet.

POLISH, not russian.

POLISH it is then ffs I fixed it now, if it was mentioned that he was Polish in the film then I must have missed it, to me it sounded Russian, tbh I doubt I could identify a real Polish accent if I heard one. Not a lot of film coverage of them.

Was it mentioned?

His lastname is mentioned on the movie, and it's a common polish last name.

Ha, ha, I'm Polish and throughout the whole movie I thought he was supposed to be Russian! I guess he didn't pull off that Polish accent too well. For example, Poles usually pronounce the letter "R" very softly, not very harshly, like the Russians do. And he was overusing that whole "Get out of the caRRR, oRRR I will pull the tRRRigeRRR and kill youRRR daughteRRR" style of speaking.
I think his performance would be way better if his character was American. A Polish criminal doing business with French gangsters in the USA? The plot didn't need that at all.

That's a Russian accent, not a Polish one, trust me!
