Awful sound production

I tried watching it with surround-sound but almost everything sound like it was re-recorded in studio and blended togeher. It was at least less distracting in stereo.

As others with saying, the boy's voice sounded too similar to his sisters, which felt overly off for an 11 year old. It only sounds worse in surround sound, like the boy was placing his mouth up to the speaker each time he spoke. Even in stereo it seem like everyone was standing around the camera, talking against the microphone.

I understand that the boy had autism but I think his voice-overs were just too distracting and personally took away from the movie.

I had to stop watching because of that. It was too effing annoying.
