too much stuff happening

This movie had ridiculously too much stuff happenning:
The anonymous shooter, the police son & friends, the "take your clothes" thing, the coyote rapist, the dudes that steal in a house, the "lets make them meet in jail" stupid unrealistic scene, and more.

Was the script written by a 8 year old kid?

When the amount of things happening went from weird to ridiculous, I thought I was watching a deadpan comedy. Like a Tim & Eric episode.

Also I hated that they portraited every immigrant in the movie as DUMB as a door, incapable of expressing a bit of intelligence. They were portraited like littles puppies that only have feelings and nothing more.

You might try something staring Schwarzenegger. In his movies each scene basically transitions into the next and follows a single storyline with very few subplots that you have to keep track of. Usually they don't even bother with character development in the form of flashback or anything - so you can stay focused on the single plot line.

I agree about the immigrants though. At least one of the characters should have been an in-shape college educated male who quit his job as a radiologist at a hospital in Mexico City and paid a coyote get him across the border to a better life picking apples in Washington state. That way, he can read a page and a half of intelligent dialog while standing in his underwear with a gun in his face. Who casts these movies anyway?

You tried. How do people like the OP manage to get through each day?

I wouldn't say it necessarily had too much stuff happening, more that what was happening was underdeveloped (possibly due to alot of heavy editing), often people just went from point a to point b with no real explaining on how they got there and stuff

But yeah to me it seems like it was originally a +2 hour movie that they cut down to 95 minutes
