I keep being amazed at how Australian actors and actresses master an "American accent" in movies, even capable of doing the many regional differences.

Bella was born in Melbourne, Australia, and worked there a long time according to IMDb. It was hard to believe that she was not a native-born American from her dialogue in this movie.

I don't know any other nationality - including all other British Commonwealth countries - which produces so many performers who make speaking "murrican" look so
natural and easy.

Is there a secret to how they do that?
