I Loved This Movie

It's a bit weird, yes. But it's also quite moving. I enjoyed it very much. I'm so glad I got to see it in the theater. I thought the performances were terrific. And it's always fun to see Yeclhin and Marquette play off each other since they've known each other forever. I also loved the cinematography. This will be a DVD buy and repeat watch for sure.

If you liked the movie too, you might find this fun...

Particularly funny are Marquette & Yelchin and then D'Onofrio (beginning around the 2 minute mark).

Fantastic movie. Great acting. Suspenseful but with a deeper meaning. Loved it.

Me too, obv. reminded me of Steinbeck's "Of Mice & men", or "La cicatrice" by Bruce Lowery, but way difeerent enough to keep me interested, haven't seen the original, but always appreciated efforts made by people from different cultures having the courage to adapt their stories to other mindsets, if not brilliant, this one definitively managed to bring a likkle eye-corner tear, which remains rare, good acting didn't hurt & the "indie freshness" was here, respect.

I finally saw the movie. :) It was a little stiff in the beginning but it got really good towards the end. I'm glad I kept watching. Of course I did. I love Chris Marquette and Anton Yelchin :)

Saw it today. It is very good attempt. If we stop comparing with original movie Parinda then Broken Horses does impress you.

I just saw the movie today and I loved it too. I agree that it's a very moving story about the love between two brothers, the bond between them that could not be broken by time or distance. I loved Jacob, Buddy, and especially Vittoria, Jacob's fiance, who demonstrated her deep love for Jacob in her words and actions. Jacob was very fortunate to have her as his life partner.

The good guys in this film were REALLY good and the bad guys were REALLY bad. I thought the performances were outstanding. I genuinely cared about Jacob, Buddy, and Vittoria. I genuinely wanted Hench to die.

The musical score was very moving as well, especially the song that played during the closing credits.

Actors do not have a job...they have a blast!
