ZERO Chemistry between Cooper and Miller

I think their chemistry was okay. They did play husband and wife in American Sniper so this is their second film playing lovers.

He should do more action based films though. American Sniper was an excellent movie.

I thought having the romantic subplot at all was kind of pointless and "Hollywood." They could've done without it.

The (love?) affair seemed indeed very forced. Particularly for her part, since the plot didn't provide any believable explanation for why she should care at all for him, nevermind find him attractive or loveable. He's a neurotic, egomanic prick who treats her like he owns her and even assaults her, showing no redeeming qualities to this point and even not convincing with his work. Any sane person without an addiction to abusive relationships would stay away from someone like this as far as possible.
