Bradley Cooper 's Kitchen Confidential (2005 TV series)

Anybody had watch Bradley Cooper 's Kitchen Confidential (2005 TV series) before you watch "Burnt"

Bradley Cooper had played almost the same kind of character in both , famous chef who lost everything then rebuild his career

Yeah, I've seen it. It was a good series, Fox was very shortsighted in cancelling the damn thing.

Anyone know where I can watch it online?

Yeah, had a lot of deja-vu to that show with things that happened in Burnt. What's surprising though is that the short-lived tv show did everything so much better than this recent movie. You actually got to learn about the crew he assembled, the drama between the team was explored, the food actually got some screentime - and this was a comedy show that tended towards the goofy!

Burnt had some interesting ideas and I was hoping to see a more serious take of Kitchen Confidential (and what both felt like they borrowed from - Anthony Bourdain's book) but it felt half-done. There were a few scenes that felt like they got cut from the final product, people that were expected to be important early on disappeared before the second act of the film, and the drama felt far too forced.

Worth seeing once but not interesting enough to add to my collection. Kitchen Confidential though, I pull that out about once a year to rewatch... wish that show had gotten renewed.
