The last scene where the man was watching the videos of the victim's murders and then his kid walks in. Why was that included?

Seems there is big money to be made in "snuffing web sites" & the white collar soccer dad was about to enter his visa card info to enjoy it, till his son came in, probably wanting his daddy to read him another bible story.

To show that people that seem normal can be absolute psychopaths.

Serial killing has nothing to do with "bravery" and everything to do with lack of impulse control.

I think you got it a bit backwards there chief. Yeah, the Soccer Dad my be an S&M freak but his compulsion is to watch, not to do.

This was why and how the people are picked. After her life runs out it gives him choices and he chooses the woman in England. It was basically an explanation of the entire movie and why it happened.
