2). Yes it is a spoof, hence why it looks like a Bridesmaids/Hangover love letter.

They've never made a spoof. They just lazily reference things without adding any wit or humour. They closest they came was in co-writing Scary Movie, but I'm pretty sure all the funny bits in that came from other writers.
