Wow (spoilers throughout)

Worst movie I have watched in two years. And that's weird because I LOVE John Corbett, Justin Long always oddly wins me over in most stuff he does when I think he's going to annoy me, Jerry O'Connell fell of the map forever and is a good actor, so I was glad he was in it, the girl who played Mila I always forget her name but shes a good actress. I actually really dislike Gillian Jacobs, I didn't know she was going to have such a huge role when I randomly decided to watch it on Netflix. Either way, it's not like she's a HORRIBLE actress I just don't get what the huge deal is about her. Shes very unattractive and has an annnoying face and personality and isn't that great of an actress. So what is the deal ?? Anway, this movie was just awwwwfuuul. I remember reading what it was about and I knew it was a risk in the firs the place trying to find someone who is a look alike. But I didn't think they were going to use THE SAME ACTRESS as the look alike. Unless they are sisters or twins in the movie, that is always the dumbest effing idea in the world. What is this, "It takes Two" with Mary-kate and Ashley Olson? The whole "identical strangers" thing is just too far out there and unrealistic. I thought they would just find someone who looks similar. But nope. Also the misogynistic crap throughout was ridiculous. I know that's how probably is in most drug circles with men.. but little things like the drug cookers all being half naked, all the guys were fat and gross and the one half naked drug cooker who was a woman had a perfect body. Lots of strippers and nudity and demaning crap towards women, and I thought that what Mila was doing was very brace at the end yet and I knew she was going to die and was doing that because she wanted to save everyone and knew she was going to die anyway so saw it as an opportunity---but couldnt she have been the one to kill him? I thought that was her biggest reason of all, was that she was pissed and if she could go kill the *beep* and then if she dies ok thats fine shes dying anyway but nope, the guy wins and shoots her in the head after degrading her and having sex with her. t I could go on about so many issues with this film and how many things they could have done to make it better--but i wont.

I actually did make the mistake of watching it on Netflix. You know you're in for a bad movie when a guy shaking a table causes the chandelier hanging from above to fall.

Other than that, there were WAY too many characters. I swear Jerry O'Connell's character had no real involvement in the central story despite being set up as the main protagonist. He didn't owe money, his girlfriend wasn't the one being paid to be the lookalike, he was even going off to host a cooking show. If they had cut out a third of the characters they could have actually had enough motivation o fill their roles.

I disagree, if the person is shaking the table too hard it could cause the chandelier to fall from above or just poor workmanship.

I think the husband and wife duo that pretty much put this film together, had visions of the story being seen to be a lot more cleverer than it actually turns out to be. I agree ... way too many characters, participating in a story that just becomes too ridiculous for words.🐭
