The girl who knocked out Lacey and Holt and went in disguised as Sadie. She then gets shot by that old guy. It didn't look like Mila.
Also, what did happen at the Palace of Versailles ? Did Sadie's father molest her friend (who was the daughter of the old villain guy) ??

It was obviously Mila at the end. She just had her hair and makeup done differently to look like Sadie. She sacrificed herself since she was already suicidal. Also, Georgia was obviously molested by Sadie's father years ago, which contributed to her suicide years later, all of that was explained but, I guess I can understand your confusion if you didn't recognize Mila. They probably should have filmed her getting ready to impersonate Sadie but, it was supposed to be a surprise. Although, once we knew that it wasn't Lacey going, there was really only one other person that it could have been, and that's Mila.
