it might be on Your CW affiliate, but it's actually Syndicated (much like spiritual Predecessor, Baywatch was for everything post season 1)
it airs on a local independent station in my market on Saturday afternoons
with so many cable original productions I'd all but assumed the Syndication model had died... but clearly their are hold outs
