In the first part where Ressmore is talking on the phone while driving she's talking to an unidentified man and telling him she's arrived and that the son is her last shot at contacting "her". She then urges the man to find the coordinates and tells him that there's snow everywhere where she is and it feels like driving on clouds. He says she sounds happy.

In the part where she has her file with the woman the woman says that she's single, has no kids, was diagnosed in 2011 and that for the last 5 months she's refused treatment. After Ivan throws his tantrum she repeatedly apologizes tells her that she didn't know he would react like that and tells the woman she doesn't know what to say and she hopes it won't change anything. The woman then asks her if she wants Nana and when Ressmore starts crying she comforts her giving her papers to sign.
