So it's title Justice League, without the Justice League.

Disappointed that they only got cameos 6/10

Well, the title is Justice League Dark because the focus is on the alternate, occult-based team just as was the Justice League Dark comic.

Its Justice League Dark. They are a separate supernatural outfit from the JL.

The movie wasn't about Batman or the original Justice League. It's about the JLD who could handle the dark and magical villains that the Justice League couldn't handle.
