Human wishbone scene ripped off.

Lucio Fulci's Conquest (1983) is more of a Conan-style fantasy film but it also has a bunch of cave dwelling monster people who also (surprise!) rip a woman in two starting from the crotch, exactly like in this movie. BT is a better movie overall (doesn't take much since Conquest sucks), but I found it pretty dull, slow and forgettable until the last 20 minutes or so.
