Boring
No exciting action set pieces, no scares, flat direction, and an largely unfunny script (I chuckled during the first few minutes at the school).
shareThe first half is actually pretty well done. It's funny, gory, and very well shot. Then they get stuck in the band room and it all slows to a crawl. The gore stops, the comedy stops, the movie just pauses for like 30 minutes basically. It picks up slightly at the end, but by then they had lost us. It was so close to being a cult classic, then right at the deciding time it falls apart. Shame.
