I don't get their relationship. I see no chemistry and their dialog is so formal, its as if they just met. Bad casting or is Davina so out of touch with herself she married wrongly?...

I think this was the whole point isn't? She realizes she can do better because everyone noticed they have no chemistry. During season 2 I get it. Their relationship was beautiful, so sad really.

It's interesting to hear your perspective. I think they have great chemistry - for a stale couple. Similar to the response above me, I think their relationship has matured to the point where not effort is put into it at all, esp from Davinia. I love Kim as an actress and I think the husband dude is perfect for the role. He nails the essence of his character, the dweeb ha ha
