No. It's another attempt to reboot the original Little Rascals from the 1930s.

At least they had Buckwheat in this one.

If you don't like it just because of the same cast not returning take a hint on that the original cast grew up but Bug Hall who played Alfapha from the 94 version makes a brief cameo appearance as the Ice Cream man.
