It's more Chicago than Chicago Fire or Chicago P.D. Sirens has mentioned every professional sporting team in Chicago at least once. The only team that Fire or P.D. mentions is the Blackhawks. The in thing right now in Chicago is to be a huge Hawks fan and every character in Fire and P.D. is one.

And last night's episode with the Sox fan and Cubs fan arguing in the back of the ambulance was spot on. Being a Sox fan I can tell you the only way you will get a more authentic argument between a Sox fan and Cubs fan about their teams is to go to the city when the Sox and Cubs are playing each other.

I shouldn't say the "Most Chicago Show" I should say "The Most authentic Chicago Show"

But then again, that's where all Chicago shows are shot at the moment

It's pretty Chicago, and hey it's shot there. It's respectable. I've been to Chicago since 2003, but this brings it all right back.

That city has a 'tude and this show gets it.

Riiiighhhhttttt. Calling someone a bitter a$$hole because said person wishes a fire would burn a major city to the ground is a measure of my intelligence. Why don't we get into a debate something first. Then we can argue about one's intelligence ya bitter a$$hole. I'm trying really hard to resist picturing you as an older, angry white male but you're making it really hard for me.

The only team that Fire or P.D. mentions is the Blackhawks

It was explained in an earlier episode of Chicago Fire when they were about to open Molly's and I believe it was Hermman that said they didn't want to offend any Sox or Cubs fans so they wanted a Chicago sports team that was mutually agreeable by all patrons and that was the Blackhawks.

Except for the fact that the guys seemed excited about seeing Jay Cutler playing. I can't think of ANYONE in Chicago who likes that guy. And yes, I am a Chicago girl.
