Take My Word, this movie just BLOWS! Don't waste a penny on it!

I like Slater and Jones normally. I also like demon supernatural killer horror genre too, even with the usual idiot teens; But this movie was plain BORING, slow and the few kill scenes would leave the gore hounds utterly depressed, just fake blood being sprayed on a tunnel's wall. There was no horror, suspense, good efx, good scares, nothing, The acting sucked too, and the character's motivations made little sense too. The final twist was lame and predictable too.

It is not even grade B, it's grade CCC; for C movie Crap made in Canada

What are they doing? Why do they come here?
Some kind of instinct, memory, what they used to do.

No idea why they bothered, must get some government subsidy

I guess, Canada & Ontario subsidize films

You are right on all counts, terrible movie.

I wish i had my one hour and 30 minutes back.

Often enough, it's because a low budget movie with a couple stars will eventually double or triple its production cost. They look at it as a 4 year investment.

Adam Sandler is the king of this type of movie, having made many absolutely *beep* riddled films in a row... all of which made the investors a ton of money.

I thought it was so so, I am shocked that Vinnie actually has a decent part in all the recent stuff I have seen he only has a few mins of screentime

I just LOL'd at this, being reminded of KITH's Buddy Cole: 'I want to make a bad movie in Canada; everyone else has!' XD Sadly, that pretty much sums this one up.

What I don't understand is that someone found a lot of money to pay the actors and the crew, hopefully not the script writer because the script was so lame. And then there's all the post production and the marketing - so a few million dollars to produce a rubbish film. What's the point? Or do the Producers get a Government subsidy to make the film and therefore keep aforementioned actors and crew in work for a couple of months instead of them claiming a Job Seekers Allowance? Or is the film also an On Job Training scheme with a couple of "stars" so that the upcoming younger actors get some real experience working on an actual film? The supposedly "demon" boy actor should really give up and get a proper job. Some people just can not, and never will be, able to act - how they continue to get jobs is beyond me - Elizabeth Hurley being the No.1 Prime Candidate!
