Worth Seeing

Not a great 'movie', but it's important history. In any case, the words in the hearings speak for themselves.

The all male senators look absolutely ridiculous. And whether they supported Thomas or not it's AMAZING that even the democrats treated her so shabbily. IOW: every one of those guys either tolerated her getting a shellacing OR beat her up in a really un-gentlemanly way.

Clarence Thomas looks like a typical liar who tries to cover it up by acting all 'outraged'.

And Anita Hill appears like someone who was just pretty naive. I didn't expect to react that way... I expected to be more skeptical... but she appears credible.

I think the biggest mistake the producers made was using Jill Abramson as 'the pundit'. I hate to say it but she's just -so- irritating to listen to.

In short, it coulda been shorter... just the hearings is really all one needs to recognise how sad the whole deal was.

I agree that this movie is worth seeing, it was very powerful. Everyone has a voice ? I believe Anita Hill; she opened the doors for lots of women to speak their #truth
