Did anyone notice that 'Mr. Foot' seemed very close in style to Don Martin's characters (of Mad Magazine fame?)

Right when the witch is first leaving the room, just before she notices the open window, she definitely made a face that reminded me of Powdered Toast Man.
"Well...I've seen enough. Come on Charlie, we're going home."
