Who is Bob? At the end Fred is screaming, "I AM NOT BOB". I guess I'm a bit confused on who Bob is. Actually, I guess I'm confused on the whole ending.

did you miss the speech with the art teacher about driving down the tunnel of death

Bob is the art teacher who gave a speech to Fred about driving in the tunnel of death and turning around just to drive to a the rainbow.

I'm not Bob was a metaphor for Fred accepting his homosexuality or admitting sexual abuse by his father Hence the constant rainbow talks.

Wait...how did you get that out of the movie? Did I completely miss something..

There are a lot of underlying themes in the movie that are hard to pick up on if you don't watch and listen closely.
