What are you talking about? Explain the meaning of the ending? Wtf was happening?? Was the guy gay or he felt guilty for what he did to that girl who was a slut? I just did not understand the ending

The ending actually has a lot of meaning behind it; teddy walks of in a straight line, alone after he's just taken control and left Fred in the car. This shows he will one day take control of his life, and take a clear smooth path.
Fred however drives the opposite way down the freeway, as he recklessly drives almost crashing into people. This shows in future life he will be going in the opposite direction, making life hard for himself. And almost hurting a lot of people on the way. You can also hear him saying the line "I'm not Bob." Which if you've seen the film you will know about Bob going down the tunnel of death. This could show Fred is trying to be different, and he wants to seem crazy and original for some reason.
