Does anyone know any movies similar to this besides spring breakers?

Similar could mean a lot of things (topic, tone, style, etc.), but my picks are mostly about bored teens trying to find their footing since I assume that's what you mean.

'Adventureland' w Jesse Eisneberg and Kristen Stewart -probably even more enjoyable.

A bunch of kids working at an amusement park during the day, smoking pot and hanging out at night. Lots of great characters (Bil Hader and Kristin Wiig are the managers lol) , very funny - maybe a little more of a love story.

Also Easy A, Superbad.
