Great news! That quote from the NBC executive makes it sound like she wants to continue the Night Shift for the long term! Greys Anatomy has turned into garbage so this is the best medical drama now. Code Black & Chicago Med can battle it out for 2nd place.

Well damn. I'm sad about this. I liked his character. Plus they all walked out for him at the end of last season. I guess we will see how they deal with this. Maybe they say he decided to take another job that's less demanding so he can actually be home with his wife and family.
