What a great trip!
This show should be better. Great Talent in it, which I have enjoyed in other roles. And the producer is certainly capable of top notch stuff. This just didn't work. Maybe the badly done American accents. It was obvious who was really grew up in US, and who learned it in acting school. Maybe that kept me so distracted, I couldn't enjoy the show, which I didn't.
Couldn't finish one series.
I love Spiral, and a bunch of the Scandanavian copper shows, so it's not a case of me thinking US shows are better.
I think Wallander is better by far than anything I've seen here, I enjoyed Beck and The Bridge as well.
And I love a bunch of UK shows, Lewis, Foyle, Frost, Gently.
This just seemed washed out to me.
