Is CIA agent Marty Martin drunk while being interviewed?

They first film Martin at a bar and then he storms out seemingly drunk and somewhat beligerant as he practically crashes out the door. Then a little later he's in a studio with that same huge shirt and he seems to be slurring his words and he sure does seem drunk. He was kinda cocky but hey, he's CIA and he speaks arabic so why not? I give this doc a 10 out of 10 just for the valuable information it gives U.S.!
