Someone hangs themselve at the end and pictured is a red guitar, who was this?

That would be Parker Hall, the clue was the newspaper on the table with the headline "Pop Paedo Released"...

I didn't see the newspaper, it makes sense now as he was playing guitar with the band earlier, thanks.

And why was the heavy woman packing up her things and crying? Was she packing her own things, or Rebecca's?

And did we see little Darren the assistant put himself on the hit list, or are we being shown that Darren will probably eliminate Steven?

My take was she was fired and, knowing Stelfox, in terms that cut to the bone.
