When a writer wants control

1. Bad script
2. Bad direction
3. No character development
4. Some dodgy acting
5. Terrible CGI snow - it floats past but it doesn't land on anything...
6. Terrible 'twist' at the end which doesn't really make sense because of how the film has been set out before hand

The flaw in this film is simple. The director is essentially an amateur and can't see past her original story. If this has been given to a good producer/screenwriter and director it could have made a good film unfortunately the writers legacy is a terrible screen adaptation.
