Cold comfort

Despite the falling snow (and boy did it keep on falling and falling and falling...) Katya walked everywhere in high heels! I was waiting for a pair of Pat Butcher snow boots but I was sadly disappointed!
They could have tried harder to make the older versions look as if they could have been the younger versions of the characters - as it was - I had to keep checking names.
And was it necessary to have the politically correct pointless gay situation which no film can do without these days it seems.
And lastly - I have never seen sillier hats in a modern day movie - why do women think they look sexy in trilbies - newsflash - you just look stupid.
A soapy sacrificial story whose logic I found hard to follow.
