Did this movie remind anyone else of Fear, the Mark Wahlberg/Reese Witherspoon movie from the 90's? Except for the baby angle, this was kind of the same movie, especially in the scenes where he's threatening her father & cornering her in the bathroom. Even the dialog in a few scenes almost synched up. Fear was a great movie, & this felt like the watered-down Lifetime knockoff version.

I just watched this last night and thought the exact same thing! All they needed was for Chad to destroy Angela's dad's car and leave a message about popping both his cherries. (I can't remember the actual quote).

Its understandable Spike is strong and mysterious and sort of compact but well muscled
