Last Message To Brooklyn Nine-Nine

As this board closes, I like to convey this message to whomever it may concern regarding this sitcom (and the Mindy Project):

I consider myself a sitcom aficionado. I get comfort from the repetitive comfortable humour in sitcoms. This sitcom (and The Mindy Project) were fun, self-deprecating sitcoms to kick back and enjoy. Then at some point in 2015/2016 the intrusive politics of social activist types infiltrated the writing rooms of both sitcoms. It made these formerly enjoyable romps into awful social agenda feedback loops. I tried to keep watching but it was too irritating to stomach. Surely I'm not the only one. I've re-watched earlier episodes of both sitcoms and none of this social agenda garbage was there. Take note: I stopped watching both after being an avid fan of both. Maybe I'm a demographic you don't care to keep, I don't know, but you lost me and presumably many more like me.

Broolyn Nine Nine is the same as it has been since day 1. They have not taken up an "SJW" agenda. You and people like you are the reason these boards are closing down... so thank you for long-time source of movie and TV news/reviews away from others with your toxic whining.

Dummy, the boards are closing because they don't bring in revenue. The posters you don't like are the product of loose moderation.
