Guys, why all the hate?

So, I see low rating comes from the male audience (of all ages) according to the demographic breakdown. Why did guys hate it so much? Did I miss something offensive to men in the movie?

what ever happened to "standing by your man" working out troubles, instead of making out with your boyfriend at a bar when your supposed to be making your daughters birthday a nice time with NO TERMOIL - instead she fights with the father in front of her daughter rather than working with him for the greater good, love and family unit. these slobs give the entitlement card right from the start. snobby, greedy, trash! it's no wonder their kids are getting into trouble, in the real world it would be a lot worse. Their kids would already be deep into drugs, prostitution, violence,exploitation.ect... Guys in the real world absolutely loath any slob that reads "Fifty shades of grey". What a retard. That book is so off base and poorly written that only complete idiots would read it with the passion of these low moral slobs. These guys that are courting these idiots are way to good for them. I feel so sorry for them as the only thing "women" like these are good for is a quick screw. Watching a film like this and knowing there is idiots out there like this makes me understand the actions of snapped men like Ted Bundy. Every time one of these skanks opened their meat hole I wanted to attack. Saying I could get more than the house! I'm from the old school where real women / Lady's understand marriage is for life, you stick by your mate, through cancer, bankruptcy, You don't act like these low life swine skanks. The reality of this story is that people like you actually find this film funny! It was sickening and the children pay the most for the poor choices of their parents.

I'm 9 years late to the party. Just watched it and found it basic entertainment, like so many films. AxeMan, Geez....simmer down. I feel you half watched this because you are not correct about so many things. For at least two of the women, their husband left, them, not the other way around. One was the woman making out with her boyfriend. Her ex was already re-married . Also he had the audaucity to rent out the entire restaurant, and did not tell his ex, so he more or less embarrassed her by doing that. She baked a big beautiful cake to have it overshadowed by his antics, and he used money to manipulate her and her daughter. For the other two, the men were absent dads from the get go. You do know that in real life there are also men like that: That divorce women when the get bored or find someone younger or more attractive. Pay less than what is fair for child support and alimony. Manipulate women who've sacrificed their time to the family, and not have a career of their own, then not have something to fall back on when the man decides to leave. So you see, it goes both ways! And please....you are using less than perfect women to make an excuse for Ted Bundy! Goodness, he was a known narcissist and manipulator. He murdered a 12 year old little girl for Pete's sake.

Name a movie you hate.
There must be one.
Whatever it is, there's probably someone on its imdb board defending it.
On this movie, that's you.
