No James Bonds'???

Who was the genius in charge of setting this up?
I don't want to hear any non-sense of how Connery or some other Bond didn't want to do it so the whole idea got scrapped. In the old days they'd make this happen no matter what.

Hollywood has no idea how to do business anymore.
