Why was an Arkansas based phone number used when Kristen wrote her phone number on Zack arm? 865 is a Bismarck, Arkansas based number not a North Carolina phone number.

I don't think prefixes are limited to any specific areas. (This was a prefix, not an area code.)

Yeah, I live in NC and that is a prefix here.

865 is a prefix for a wide area of NC.

That wasn't an area code... she wrote down a seven digit phone number and added her silly "143" thing.
