not sure about what's going on in this movie

This movie will air in my town (totally exceptional in France) and I'll possibly go see it with my mom and sister, but before going I'd like to know more about how entertaining this is. I know it's about a heist like Ocean's eleven, but is it more about suspense / action, or are the characters developed, with some romantic and fun moments and the heist as back story or just centered on the heist itself, with plotting, putting the plan in action, car chases, explosions ...
