Beware: 'SPOILERS'. One could think...

That it's a spoiled girl's delusional trip, I mean to find "Something, Anything" else, while she has a seemingly perfect life ahead of her, but it's not. Not at all.
Her husband is a bully (scene with the car, among others) and he doesn't really care about her, lacking compassion when she has her miscarriage and so on. On the other hand the ex-monk guy (I forgot his name) shows empathy and has deep feelings for her. No way she can choose Mark over him!
One year later she will be happy with the other guy and she will finally be at peace.
Good story. Many young men and women should think about what they really want before it's too late. The miscarriage was a "blessing in disguise" for Margaret/Peggy.
I loved this insightful movie and the main actress was pretty good.

Agreed. I stumbled upon it on Netflix. The script is well written and sets an authentic tone.
