The Deathlok Episode

So, they have Deathlok as a good guy, from the future, trying to save the world, while having the Agents of Shield having him as an enemy. Different show, I know, but just weird that they would be doing both at around the same time.

AND the Hulk thinks shapeshifting would be nice so that he can blend in with normal humans.....ok....soooooo....there's no Doctor Banner in the Hulk in this continuity I guess? I know that we haven't seen any of the Hulks shift into human form in any episode. So are they treating it as a permanent form?
