Anyone else tried the Long War mod?

After having played the original back in the 90s and then the console remake a bunch, I got XCOM during a Steam sale a little while back so that I could try the Long War mod I'd heard about. If anyone else is wondering, I strongly recommend checking it out. It reintroduces several strategic elements that the new-XCOM had removed, expands a number of features, ups the difficulty even on "normal," etc. I'm kinda' loving it (though I foresee no Impossible Iron Man games in my future, ever).
