What a nasty, gratuitous, horrid little film
There is no wonder the world is going to hell in a hand cart
Just watched it - shaky camera was really offputting but the first story was not bad and the Indonesian satan was quite freaky!
All in all just loads of gore and not much new or interesting.
Poor evenings viewing.

It's not as good as the first at all. I think the problem is that the characters and stories weren't really developed enough. At times it seemed like the entire point of the film was just to be as bizarre, disturbing, and gross as possible. The first one was trashy, mindless entertainment as well but at least there was some attempt at an atmosphere.
Most of the stories in this movie were just average. Safe Haven was a step or two above average until the strange demon showed up and things got a bit too crazy. I think a more subtle approach would've been better rather than forcing a million things into the story at once just because they could. All in all I'd give this movie a 6/10. It wasn't great by any means but I have seen worse.
