I agree. Even if I do think Justin should've been the family wizard but the whole door trick to Italy was harmless and so was Mason's complaining about the picnic thing. Alex was doing nothing more than she always does, was goof off and get involved in wacky hijinks.

It made me side-eye him when now he chose to lecture his kid only when came into her full powers not when the angel stuff went down at the magic school, her (and Justin) exposing their secret after that test or any of the stuff Alex or even Max has pulled in the past. I like Jerry but I was constantly irritated by his behavior. Too little too late.

Not gonna lie, I would've created a door also. Cutting down on airfare cost is a neat trick. LOL! Alex has always been like this so punishing her now is redundant. She was already made the family wizard and it was predictable for her to receive her power back.
