Anyone else notice attempt to to disguise the Audi the reporter drives?

I've only watched the first two episodes, but being a car guy I could not help notice this. Interior shots of the car have the Audi 4-ring insignia removed from the steering wheel hub and exterior shots are done in such a way that you can only see unrecognizable angles of the car. What's that all about?
