Overuse of CGI killing lo-budg horror.

Poorly done CGI effects are taking away the soul of the late night horror flick. I miss the days of B horror movies using good old fashioned analog special effects. Used to be the redeeming quality of low budget indy flicks was how the FX guys were able to pull off the gore by being creative and making trips to the local hardware store with no money. Using Window's Movie Maker instead of filling a latex dummy with corn syrup just isn't the same. Oh well.
