The Amateurs (6/12/2016)

I am constantly amazed at some of the motives they come up with for the killings. Last night's was very original, I thought, and again I had great sympathy for the killer. I did not know that mah jongg gambling was such a big thing. I thought it was just a vehicle for fun, food, and gossip. Silly me!

and again I had great sympathy for the killer (in The Amateurs).

Me? Not a drop. However heavy his caseload may have been that he didn't do his due diligence on this particular case, he should have accepted his responsibility in front of a court judge. Committing felonies as acts of redemption should never be favored.

On a lighter note,

I did not know that mah jongg gambling was such a big thing. I thought it was just a vehicle for fun, food, and gossip.

Yes! Mahjonng is the gateway! It hooks you with fun, food and gossip ... and exchanges of fruit loops, gummy bears or twizzler sticks. But you'll want your pockets bulging with real hard cash soon enough.

Even though the person he robbed was a vicious criminal? He wouldn't have killed the victim if he hadn't killed the other two men. I do sympathize. As far as due diligence, I imagine the father had done a good job of framing Terri.

I felt that same as you. Even before you find out about it all, Ken pissed me off with not letting the guy have his original winnings AND beating him up for winning. I know gambling is a rough and tough business, but you have to let fair wins happen--or you're just an *beep* stealing people's money.

I like that I've been getting torn lately with a lot of the killers garnering sympathy from the audience. Makes the show a little different; on top its already unique way of knowing the killer, but still be intrigued to find out why they killed. Hope USA keeps showing it.
